WHY IS IT SO GOOD FOR US?

HOW MUCH CBD OIL SHOULD I TAKE?
Everyone reacts differently to CBD, so there is no simple answer to this. It is recommended you start with a low dosage and gradually build up the number of mg per day you take, until you get a desired effect. First, find out how many mg is contained in a full dropper, this will vary depending on the product you purchased. Start with half a dropper twice a day. After 3 days you may want to increase the dose to 1 full dropper twice a day. Repeat until you receive the desired result.
HOW DO I TAKE CBD OIL?
The most effective way to take CBD is sublingual, under your tongue. By ingesting CBD under your tongue, you maximize the absorption into your bloodstream. You should hold the CBD under your tongue for 90-120 seconds before swallowing for the best results.
WHY AM I EXPERIENCING FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS?
Herxing is a short term reaction as the body detoxifies. This is common when you start taking CBD and it is often referred to as the die off effect. It is quite common to experience flu-like symptoms which can include headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, a sore throat, sweating, chills or nausea. If it occurs, it generally lasts a few days but can last for a week or more. Herxing is actually helpful to your system as it is creating a detoxifying effect. Starting with a small dose of CBD and slowly increasing can prevent this from occurring.

WHAT IS CBD?
CBD is one of the most prevalent compounds extracted from the plant Cannabis Sativa. It is non-psychoactive, completely legal and a major health-boosting ingredients. CBD can come in two forms CBDa – Cannabidiolic acid CBD – Cannabidiol CBDa is the raw form of CBD. Once Cannabidiolic Acid is heated or decarboxylated, releasing the Carbon Dioxide, it converts to the active form Cannabidiol. WHAT IS FULL SPECTRUM CBD OIL?
When CBD oil is referred to as full spectrum it means that the oil contains all other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant including CBC (Cannabichromene), CBN (Cannabinol) and CBG (Cannabigerol) to name a few. Along with these cannabinoids, Full Spectrum oil also contains trace amounts of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), within the European threshold of 0.2%. We use Purified Extract for the production of Koha Ora oils to bring you the finest, premium Cannabidiol. Purified Extract is high quality extract stripped of many different impurities (most of the plant lipids, all of the wax, chlorophyll etc) to deliver the best quality experience in CBD.

WHAT EXTRACTION METHOD DO YOU USE?
We use Supercritical CO2 extraction method and feel it is the most natural, pure and environmentally friendly process to extract cannabinoids. CO2 extraction is an example of green chemistry because it is a clean and safe process with no negative impact on the environment.
