Suggested Usage
The most effective way to take CBD/CBG is sublingual, under your tongue. By ingesting CBD/CBG under your tongue, you maximize the absorption into your bloodstream. You should hold the CBD/CBG under your tongue for 90-120 seconds before swallowing for the best results.
Everyone reacts differently to CBD/CBG. It is recommended to start with a low dosage and gradually build up the number of mg you take per day, until you receive the desired effect. This way you’ll be able to find your correct dose more precisely. Start with half a dropper (10mg) twice a day. After 3 days you may want to increase the dose to 1 full dropper (20mg) twice a day and so on until you feel the required improvement.
